Crisis Communication

I have handled communication through numerous crises. Over the last 20 years, I handled hurricanes, loss of life, floods, power outages, legal issues, among others. I helped develop coordination teams and protocols for these unexpected events. I assessed customer feelings through focus-groups and surveys about the ongoing situations and developed marketing campaigns to ease audience concerns. These communications include interacting with radio stations, giving televised interviews, and interacting with local law enforcement. I also assessed customer feedback during changes in resource availability.
